This research aims to determine whether there is a relationship between teacher efficacy and the psychological well-being of special school teachers in the city of Binjai. Teacher efficacy is a teacher's belief in his abilities in his work. Psychological well-being is an individual's evaluation of the dimensions of his life. The number of respondents used in this research was 62 people, the method in this research was a quantitative method with a correlational research design. Data collection was carried out using a Likert scale constructed by researchers based on teacher efficacy theory which consists of 24 items and psychological well-being theory which consists of 29 items. The data obtained was processed using the Pearson product moment analysis technique with the help of the Jeffrey's Amazing Statistics Program (JASP) version 18 application. The results of the correlation test showed that the correlation coefficient value was r = 0.897, (p= 0.000; p<0.05), which means that there is a relationship Between psychological well- being and teacher efficacy among SLB teachers in the city of Binjai.
