dc.description.abstractThis research aims to find out how employee creativity at PT. Mito Energy Indonesia. The subjects in this research were all employees of PT. Mito Energi Indonesia, numbering 30 people, consists of several employees who have different positions. This research uses quantitative descriptive methods. The data collection method was carried out using a Likert scale consisting of the KEYS environmental scale Amabile scale. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive categorization. Based on the results of research categorization, there were 23 employees (76.7%) who had a fairly high level of creativity. High levels of employee creativity are caused by driving environmental factors which are proven to have a positive relationship with creativity.en_US
