Pengaruh Dinex Service Quality dan Lokasi Terhadap Customer Satisfaction Es Teler 77 Manhattan Times Square Medan

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of DinEX Service Quality and Location on Customer Satisfaction Es Teler 77 Manhattan Times Square Medan. The population in this study were consumers of Es Teler 77 Manhattan Times Square Medan whose numbers were unknown. The number of samples in this study were 100 respondents with incidental sampling techniques. The research data was collected using a questionnaire. The analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that DinEX Service Quality and Location simultaneously have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction Es Teler 77 Manhattan Times Square Medan. Partial tests show that DinEX Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction Es Teler 77 Manhattan Times Square Medan. However, Location has a positive but insignificant effect on Customer Satisfaction Es Teler 77 Manhattan Times Square Medan.
