This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Work Discipline and Work Stress on the Employee Performance at the Regional Staffing Agency of Sumatera Utara Province. The research is an associative research and the type of data used is quantitative data. The population of this study amounted to 107 employees at the Regional Staffing Agency of Sumatera Utara Province. The number of samples is 52 respondents with random sampling techniqu. This research data was obtained from interviews and distributing research questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously work discipline and work stress have a significant effect on the employee performance the Regional Staffing Agency of North Sumatera Province. The result of the study partially show that Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Regional Staffing Agency of North Sumatera Province. and Work Stress has a negatif and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Regional Staffing Agency of North Sumatera Province. The results of this study indicate that work stress has the first dominant influence on employee performance, and followed by the work discipline variable.
