Abstract

This research is entitled "Social Movement for Stunting Prevention, Deli Serdang's Unique Strategy" Descriptive Study: Department of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection and Population Control and Family Planning (P3AP2KB) Deli Serdang Regency which aims to describe the programs and activities carried out by the Department P3AP2KB Deli Serdang Regency in an effort to reduce stunting rates. The method used in this research was descriptive-qualitative by conducting in-depth interviews to collect data from 4 informants. The research results show that there are programs and innovations that have been implemented by the P3AP2KB Service and related OPDs, where these programs and innovations contain activities that help in the process of reducing stunting rates in Deli Serdang. This research hopes for further research regarding unique strategies and innovations in Deli Serdang in an effort to help deepen and accelerate the process of reducing stunting rates in Deli Serdang.
