This study aims to see the influence of workloads on employee job satisfaction at PT Bank X branch XY. The method used in this study is quantitative method. The subjects in this study amounted to 102 people who were employees of PT Bank X branch XY. The data collection method used a Likert scale consisting of a workload scale and a job satisfaction scale. The results of this study showed that the workload variable had a positive effect of 47.4% on job satisfaction. This shows that workload increases employee job satisfaction at PT Bank X branch XY. The implication is that this study can expand information on the influence of workload on job satisfaction in PT Bank X branch XY.
