This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of perceived
organizational support and job training on employee performance with selfefficacy
as an intervening variable. This type of research is associative research,
while the research method used is a quantitative method. The location of this
research was PT Perkebunan Nusantara III Medan, North Sumatra. The population
in this study was all employees in the accounting and finance sector at PT
Perkebunan Nusantara III, totaling 129 people. Meanwhile, the number of
samples in this study was determined using the Slovin Formula so that the sample
used in this study was 60 people. The data in this research was obtained through
primary and secondary data. The data analysis method uses structural equation
modeling (SEM) with the help of Smart PLS 4.0. The research results at the
significance level α = 5% (0.05) show that perceived organizational support and
job training have a positive and significant effect on the self-efficacy of PT
Perkebunan Nusantara III office employees. Apart from that, perceived
organizational support, job training and self-efficacy have a positive and
significant effect on PT Perkebunan Nusantara III office employees. It was found
that there was an indirect influence from the perceived organizational support
variable on employee performance through self-efficacy. As well as the indirect
influence of job training variables on employee performance through self-efficacy.
