The Effect of Leader Member Exchange on Organizational Citizenship Behavior mediated by Psychological Capital at PT Bank Perekonomian Rakyat
Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of leader member exchange with organizational citizenship behavior with psychological capital as a mediating variable. In this study, the number of respondents was 74 employees of PT Bank Perekonomian Rakyat. The method in this study is a causal-comparative quantitative method with data collection using a Likert scale, namely the Leader Member Exchange scale, Psychological Capital scale, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior scale which will be adapted and modified by researchers. The data obtained is processed using path analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that: 1) leader member exchange has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior at PT Bank Perekonomian Rakyat, 2) leader member exchange has a positive and significant impact on psychological capital at PT Bank Perekonomian Rakyat, 3) psychological capital has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior at PT Bank Perekonomian Rakyat, 4) psychological capital as a mediating variable doesn’t mediate the effect of leader member exchange on organizational citizenship behavior at PT Bank Perekonomian Rakyat.
