dc.description.abstract | This study aims to determine how much influence job satisfaction has on
employee motivation at PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (PERSERO) Medan by
using quantitative methods of causality models with accidental sampling
techniques. Research data obtained by giving research scales to 250 samples.
This study uses data analysis, namely, validity test, reliability test, normality test,
linearity test, and simple linear regression analysis test. The results of this study
indicate that 88.4% of employees at PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (PERSERO)
Medan feel very satisfied at work; 93.6% of employees at PT Perkebunan
Nusantara III (PERSERO) Medan have a high level of work motivation; and job
satisfaction has a positive influence of 12.8% on work motivation in employees at
PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (PERSERO) Medan. The coefficient value obtained
is Y = 79.292 + 0.556X, r = 0.361, t count (6.094) > (1.652508), significance
0.000. The results of this study indicate that the higher the level of job satisfaction
in employees, the higher the work motivation in employees at PT Perkebunan
Nusantara III (PERSERO) Medan. | en_US |
