Pengaruh User Experience , Kemanfaatan Pengguna dan Keamanan Transaksi terhadap Keputusan Penggunaan terhadap OVO E-Wallet (Studi pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis di Sumatera Utara)

Abstract

E-wallet is a form of financial technology (fintech) which is used as an alternative payment using the internet. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of User Experience, User Benefits and Transaction Security on the Decision to Use OVO E-wallet among students at the Faculty of Economics and Business in North Sumatra. This research is associative research and the type of data used is quantitative data. The population in this study were students S1 Faculty of Economics and Business, University of North Sumatra class 2019 - 2022. The number of samples in this research was 97 people with a sampling technique using purposive sampling. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The data was processed statistically using the SPSS for Windows program, namely the t test model, F test and determinant coefficient (R2). The results of this research show that simultaneously User Experience, User Benefits and Transaction Security have a positive and significant effect on the Decision to Use the OVO E-wallet. Partially User Experience, User Benefits and Transaction Security have a positive and significant effect on the Decision to Use the OVO E-wallet .
