Pengaruh Profitabilitas, Likuiditas, Risiko Bisnis, dan Struktur Aset Terhadap Struktur Modal pada Perusahaan Properti dan Real Estate yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2017 - 2019

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to analyses the effect of financial factor and non-financial factor on capital structure. Profitability, liquidity, business risk and asset structure are the independent variables in this research, while the dependent variable is capital structure. The method of this research is documentation. The population of this research is property and real estate companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange on period 2017 – 2019. The sample of this research consisted 28 companies which was selected by using purposive sampling. The data of this research was analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of this research shows that asset structure has positive and significant effect on capital structure, then liquidity has a negative and significant effect on the capital structure. Meanwhile, profitability and business risk do not have a significant effect on capital structure.
