Pengaruh Self Control, Peer Influence, Financial Attitude, dan Financial Inclusion Terhadap Saving Behavior pada Generasi Z di Kecamatan Medan Marelan

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Self Control, Peer Influence, Financial Attitude, and Financial Inclusion on Saving Behavior in generation Z in Medan Marelan Sub-District. This research is associative research and the type of data used is quantitative data. The population in this study is generation Z in Medan Marelan Sub-District who already has an income with a sample size of 100 people. The sample area includes five villages in Medan Marelan Sub-District, namely Tanah Enam Ratus, Paya Pasir, Labuhan Deli, Rengas Pulau, and Terjun. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that Self Control has a positive and significant effect on Saving Behavior in generation Z in Medan Marelan Sub-District, Peer Influence has a positive and insignificant effect on Saving Behavior in generation Z in Medan Marelan Sub-District, Financial Attitude has a positive and significant effect on Saving Behavior in generation Z in Medan Marelan Sub-District, and Financial Inclusion has a positive and significant effect on Saving Behavior in generation Z in Medan Marelan Sub-District.
