    Abstract
    The dynamics in the financial industry require banking actors to prepare themselves to change as quickly as possible in the midst amidst of changes in achieving performance results. The human resource factors is one of the keys to success in dealing with change, the effectiveness and optimization of the organization is needed to maintain and improve work engagement and employee readiness to change, as well as the crucial role of leaders in encouraging the creation of ideal organizational support so that the effects integrated in individual employees. This study aims to test and analyze the effect of Work Engagement and Employee Readiness to Change on Organizational Change through Perceived Organizational Support as a moderating variable. This research is a quantitative research with a cross-sectional method The data used were obtained from primary data and secondary data. The analysis method used is descriptive statistical analysis and structural equation modeling. The population in this study were permanent employees in the Sharia Business Unit of PT. Bank Sumut. Sampling for this study using proportional random sampling technique from the entire population that was used as the research samples, namely 131 respondents. The results of this study indicate that Work Engagement has a positive but significant effect on Organizational Change, Employee Readiness to Change has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Change, Perceived Organizational Support is anable to strengthen the effect of Work Engagement on Organizational Change, and Perceived Organizational Support is also unable to strengthen the effect of Employee Readiness to Change to Organizational Changes in the Sharia Business Unit of PT Bank Sumut.
