Analisis Pengaruh Intellectual Capital, Managerial Ownership, Dan Institutional Ownership Terhadap Kinerja Keuangan pada Perusahaan BUMN yang Terdaftar di BEI Periode 2018-2022

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the effect of Intellectual Capital, Managerial Ownership, and Institutional Ownership on Financial Performance in BUMN Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2022 Period. This research is associative with a quantitative approach with a purposive sampling method. The population of this research were 27 BUMN companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Based on the criteria for determining the sample, the sample in this research became 13 companies. The data analysis method used is panel data regression using Eviews software. The results of this research indicate that Intellectual Capital has a positive and significant effect on financial performance. Managerial Ownership has a positive and significant effect on financial performance. Institutional Ownership has a negative and significant effect on financial performance.
