Abstract
This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of oversubscription, earnings per share, leverage, profitability, and underwriter reputation on the level of underpricing of companies conducting initial public offerings (IPOs) in the Indonesian stock exchange. This study is associative in nature with a quantitative approach using purposive sampling method. The population of this study consists of companies conducting IPOs in the Indonesian stock exchange from 2017 to 2022, totaling 310 companies. Based on the sample selection criteria, the sample size for this study is 93 companies. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS. Partially, the oversubscription variable has a positive and significant influence on the level of underpricing, earnings per share has a positive but not significant influence, leverage has a negative and significant influence, profitability has a negative and significant influence, and underwriter reputation has a negative and significant influence on the level of underpricing.
