This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of Employee Relations and Work Life Balance on Employee Job Satisfaction at PT.Puput Tani Mandiri. This research is quantitative associative research. The population in this study was 200 people with a research sample of 67 employees. Sample determination was carried out using the Accidental Sampling method. Research data was obtained through interviews and distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis. The research results at the significance level α = 5% (0.05) show that the results of the Employee Relations t test have a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction and Work Life Balance has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction. The results of the F test show that Employee Relations and Work Life Balance together have a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction. The coefficient of determination (R2) shows that 79.6% of Job Satisfaction can be explained by the independent variables, namely Employee Relations and Work Life Balance, while the remaining 20.4 percent is explained by other factors outside this research model.
