This research aims to analyze the influence of motivation and self- confidence on the success of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the food and beverage sector in the District of Medan Selayang. This type of research is associative research with a quantitative approach. The data used in this research are primary data in the form of questionnaires with a sample of 61 culinary MSMEs in Medan Selayang District. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of the research show that motivation has a positive and significant partial effect on the success of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the food and beverage sector in the District of Medan Selayang. Self-confidence has a positive and significant partial effect on the success of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the food and beverage sector in the District of Medan Selayang. Motivation and self- confidence have a positive and significant simultaneous effect on the success of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the food and beverage sector in the District of Medan Selayang.
