The Influence of Self Efficacy and Competitive Advantage on Business Success Coffee Shop on Business in Medan Sunggal District
Abstract
The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of Self Efficacy and Competitive Advantage on Business Success in the Medan Sunggal District Coffee Shop Business. This type of research is associative research with quantitative methods. The population in this study were all MSME Coffee Shops in Medan Sunggal District, totaling 40 businesses. The research sample uses a saturated sample method. The data collection method in this research is through a questionnaire. The analytical method used in this research is Descriptive Analysis Method and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. Based on the results of the F test, it shows that Self Efficacy and Competitive Advantage have a positive effect on Business Success. Based on the results of the t-test, it shows that Self Efficacy has a positive effect on Business Success. Competitive Advantage has a positive effect on Business Success. Based on the value of the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R-square), it can be seen that Self Efficacy and Competitive Advantage have an influence on Business Success of 60.9 while the remaining 39.1 percent is influenced by other factors outside those studied by researchers.
