Analisis Penerimaan dan Penggunaan Aplikasi iDairi pada Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kabupaten Dairi Menggunakan UTAUT2

Abstract

This study was conducted at the Library and Archives Office of Dairi Regency. This study aimed to unveil the acceptance and use of the iDairi application using the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT2) model. This study employed descriptive research method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study consisted of 291 library users who had downloaded the iDairi application. The sample size was determined using Arikunto's formula, resulting in 73 participants selected through accidental sampling. Data collection techniques included questionnaires distributed via Google Forms, observation, and literature review. The results indicated the following acceptance levels of the iDairi application among the people of Dairi Regency: performance expectancy at 80%, effort expectancy at 84%, social influence at 71%, facilitating conditions at 87%, hedonic motivation at 73%, price value at 81%, and habit at 67%. Overall, the study concluded that the level of acceptance and use of the iDairi application by the people of Dairi Regency is 78%.
