Analisis Penerapan Kriteria Knowledge Sharing pada Komunitas Baca Kita melalui Media Sosial Instagram

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of knowledge-sharing criteria in Komunitas Baca Kita through social media platforms. This study applied descriptive qualitative research methodology, which describes and explains the application of 7 knowledge sharing criteria. Data collection techniques were conducted through interviews, observations, literature studies, and documentation. The data collected are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis techniques include data collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The study found that in Komunitas Baca Kita, the sender criteria are able to explain the material well. The criteria for receiver of knowledge have implemented various strategies to receive knowledge exceptionally. The community had made various preparations to carry out knowledge-sharing activities in encoding and decoding process. The knowledge conveyed in the message criteria come from books, online articles, and social media, which discussed several themes such as self-improvement, philosophy, parenting, and business. Meanwhile, according to channel criteria, Instagram was used for knowledge-sharing activities because of its ease of use, broad accessibility, and features that support community branding and member interaction. There had been a dynamic interaction between speakers and sharing participants from feedback criteria. This interaction involved various responses such as appreciation, questions, and suggestions. Lastly, the Cultural criteria in Komunitas Baca Kita had a strong foundation in values such as togetherness, mutual support, and respect for one another. This study concludes that applying knowledge-sharing criteria based on the 7 criteria above in our Reading Community has been running well.
