    Abstract
Biosaka is a liquid plant extract that contains low levels of phytohormones and secondary metabolites which vary depending on the type of plant used. Its function is to stimulate plant growth and increase plant resistance to pests and diseases. Biosaka is an alternative in an effort to increase the growth and productivity of pak choy mustard greens. This research aims to determine the effect of growth and production results of pakchoy (Brassica rapa L.) plants on the provision of biosaka and NPK fertilizer, which was carried out on research land on Jl. Harmonika Baru No. 100, Padang Bulan II, Medan Selayang District, Medan, with an altitude of ±25 meters above sea level. The research was carried out from December 2023 to January 2024, using a Factorial Randomized Complete Block Design with two treatment factors and 3 replications. The first factor is the concentration of the biosaka solution (0 ml/L, 0.67 ml/L, 1.33 ml/L, 2 ml/L). The second factor is the NPK fertilizer dose 16:16:16 (150 kg/ha, 200 kg/ha, 250 kg/ha). The research results showed that giving biosaka had no significant effect on the parameters of plant height, number of leaves, plant fresh weight, shoot fresh weight, root fresh weight, plant dry weight, harvest weight, harvest index. The application of NPK 16:16:16 fertilizer had a significant effect on all observed parameters except plant dry weight and harvest index with the best dose of 150 kg/ha. The interaction between giving biosaka and NPK 16:16:16 fertilizer had no significant effect on all observed parameters.
