Kajian Asosiasi Tumbuhan Bawah di Bawah Tegakan Eukaliptus pada Umur 1-3 Tahun di Hutan Tanaman Industri PT Toba Pulp Lestari Sektor Aek Nauli

Abstract

Every plant community will experience interactions between other plant populations around it. Various types of plants in the community tend to live side by side with other plants, both of the same type and of different types. Living together shows that there is a connection between the plants or an attraction between the plants. The relationship of attraction to grow together in plants is known as association. This research aims to analyze the association of Groud Cover and analyze the dominant Groud Cover types in eucalyptus (Eculayptus sp.) stands in the Industrial Plantation Forest (HTI) of PT. Toba Sustainable Pulp Aek Nauli Sector. Using the vegetation analysis method with a plot size of 2x2m and determining using the purposive sampling method. Based on the research results, the dominant Groud Cover types in eucalyptus stands aged 1-3 years are Ageratum conyzoides L., Crassocephalum crepidiodes, Polygala paniculata L., Spermacoce remota Lam., Climedia hirta L., Bryophyta, Mitracarpus hirtus L., and Borreria Alata L.. And the real association pair of undergrowth species in 1 year old eucalyptus stands is Ageratum conyzoides L. and Polygala paniculata L., a very strong and positive association. In the 2 year old eucalyptus stand, Ageratum conyzoides L. and Crassocephalum crepidiodes have a very strong and negative association. In 3 year old eucalyptus stands, Ageratum conyzoides L. has a strong and positive association with Mitracarpus hirtus L., Ageratum conyzoides L. with Borreria Alata L. has a weak relationship and has a negative association, and Crassocephalum crepidiodes with Spermacoce remota Lam. strong relationship and negative association, and Mitracarpus hirtus L. with Borreria Alata L. weak relationship and negative association.
