Modern novels are often a reflection of human life, for example reflecting the complexity of feelings, dynamics of life and being a representation of the author's expression. In the context of modern Indonesian literature, Raditya Dika is known as a writer who is able to explore various aspects of human life through his work. One of his novels, Jelur-jelur Overtime, is a work that attracts readers' attention with its strong characters and emotional dialogue. This novel has never been studied using a literary psychology approach. Using a literary psychology approach, the author wants to understand the author's emotions, reflections and expressions as reflected in the main character in the novel Ubur-Jelur Lembur. This research aims to describe the expression of the main character in the novel Ubur-Ubur Lembur by Raditya Dika. This research uses qualitative research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The data for this research are excerpts from sentences, dialogues and paragraphs containing the expressions of the main character in the novel Ubur-Ubur Lembur by Raditya Dika. The data source for this research is the novel Ubur-Ubur Lembur by Raditya Dika with 232 pages published by Gagas Media in 2018. The data collection technique in this research is reading and note-taking techniques. The data collection instrument is the researcher himself. Based on the results of the research and discussion that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the expressions of the characters in the novel Ubur-Ubur Lembur by Raditya Dika are 65, namely happy expressions are 7, angry are 5, scared are 13, sad are 9, sick are 4 data, disgust is 3 data, pleasure is 5 data, success is 1 data, failure is 3 data, pride is 6 data, shame is 3 data, guilt is 1 data, regret is 2 data, love is 1 data, and hate is 1 data. 3 data. The most data on a character's expression is an expression of fear, totaling 13 data, and the least data is an expression of love, totaling 1 data.
