This research discusses the personality of the main characters played by Bluebell and Mario in the novel Bluebell by Elvira Natali using the Hippocrates-Gelanus theory. This theory states that in the human body there are four types of personality, namely: choleric, melancholic, phlegmatic, sangunis. The four personality types have their own characteristics. This study aims to describe the personality of the main character in the novel Bluebell by Elvira Natali. The research method used is a qualitative description method with data collection techniques using literature study techniques, reading techniques, and notes. The data in this study are in the form of quotations in the novel that show the nature or characteristics of the personality of the main character in Elvira Natali's Bluebell Novel. The data analysis technique in this research is presenting the data, recording and observing it, describing the research results, and drawing conclusions. The result of this research is that there are 51 personality data with Bluebell's character being more dominant in the kholeris type and Mario's character being more dominant in the kholeris type
