The result showed that the management of electronic records at the head office of South Sumatra Bank has been fully implemented effectively, encompassing encompassing four aspects: creation and storage, distribution and usage, maintenance, and disposition. Creation and storage include both born-digital records and digitization. Born- digital refers to records created digitally from the outset, while digitization involves converting analogue records into digital form. Distribution and usage involve the dissemination and utilization of records, while maintenance aims to preserve electronic records in good condition for optimal use. Disposition involves the destruction or deletion of electronic records that are no longer useful.
