Pengaruh Talent Management Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Regional 1 Medan

Abstract

Talent management is an important part of the process of developing employee potential and achieving company goals. This process focuses on various elements such as procurement, development, retention, and overall talent management. With good talent management, the company will be able to have the best human resources and of course good human resources will improve the performance of employees in the company. This study uses correlational quantitative research methods with quota sampling techniques. The sample in this study amounted to 186 employees of PTPN Regional 1 Medan under the managerial level. The employee performance measuring instrument in this study used the Individual Work Performance Questionaire (IWPQ) and the talent management measuring instrument in this study used the Integrated Talent management Scale. The data analysis method in this study is simple linear regression analysis which shows that as many as 21.5% of PTPN IV Regional 1 Medan employees have talent management and good performance
