The Influence of Talent Management on Employee Job Satisfaction at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Regional II
Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of talent management on employee job satisfaction and describe the level of employee job satisfaction and employee perceptions of talent management at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Regional II. This study used quantitative correlational method using a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. The job satisfaction questionnaire was totaling 35 items and the talent management questionnaire totaling 25 items. The number of respondents who participated in this study was 286 employees. The results of the study showed that: (1) Talent management had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Regional II. The effect of talent management on employee job satisfaction in this study was 46.5%; (2) The level of employee job satisfaction at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Regional II was in the very high category.
