dc.description.abstract | This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of the work environment, work discipline and work loyalty on the Teachers’Performance of Permata Hati Tebing Tinggi IT elementary school. The population and sample in this study were 33 respondents, Permata Hati Tebing Tinggi IT Elementary School teachers. Research data was obtained from distributing research questionnaires to Teacher at Permata Hati Tebing Tinggi IT Elementary School. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that the work environment has a positive and insignificant effect on the Teachers’Performance of Permata Hati Tebing Tinggi IT Elementary School, work discipline and work loyalty have a positive and significant effect on the Teachers’ Performance of Permata Hati Tebing Tinggi IT Elementary School. | en_US |
