dc.description.abstract | The success of an organization is influenced by the performance of its employees. In order to improve employee performance, a leader is needed who is able to apply the right leadership, the ability of the leadership to provide motivation, and the provision of performance benefits that can increase employee morale. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Leadership Style, Work Motivation, and Performance Allowance on Employee Performance Public Relations Division of the North Sumatra Regional Police. This research uses quantitative descriptive analysis. The population of this study were 53 employees at Public Relations Division of the North Sumatra Regional Police. The sample in this study amounted to 53 with sampling techniques using saturated sampling method. Hypothesis testing using simultaneous test (F test) leadership style, work motivation, and performance allowances have a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Public Relations Division of North Sumatra Regional Police. Then the results of the partial test (t-test) show that leadership style, work motivation, and performance allowances have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Public Relations Division of the North Sumatra Regional Police. The most dominant factor affecting employee performance is performance allowance, then work motivation and leadership style. Therefore, these three things must be considered because they can affect the performance of employees of the Public Relations Division of the North Sumatra Regional Police. | en_US |
