    Abstract
This research aims to determine the effect of rainfall, rainy days, fertilization and land slope on oil palm productivity in PTPN IV's Gunung Bayu Plantation, carried out from January 2024 to April 2024. The hypothesis of this research is that there is a real influence of rainfall, rainy days, fertilization and differences the level of land slope on the productivity of oil palm (Elaeis guineensis Jacq.) at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Gunung Bayu Unit. This research uses secondary data available at the plantation administration, including oil palm production data for 9 years, rainfall data and monthly rainy day data for 9 years, fertilization data and land slope data for 9 years. The analytical methods used are simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis and correlation analysis. The model's feasibility was tested using classic assumption tests including normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, and autocorrelation test using the SPSS.v.26 for Windows statistical tool. The research results show that rainfall and rainy days have no significant effect on increasing oil palm productivity. Fertilization has no significant effect on increasing the productivity of oil palm varieties. The slope of the land for the varieties has a significant effect on increasing oil palm productivity, with the closer the land is to flat conditions (0o), the higher the productivity of the oil palm produced. The correlation of rainfall and rainy days on oil palm plants over 9 years has a rather weak and weak influence on achieving oil palm productivity. Correlation of land slope has a strong influence on achieving oil palm productivity.
