dc.description.abstract | This study aims to test the performance of the tool with a variety of different compositions. V1 = 90% husk charcoal, 10% adhesive, V2 = 85% husk charcoal, 15% adhesive, and V3 = 80% husk charcoal, 20% adhesive. The parameters in this study are biobriquette height uniformity, biobriquette moisture content, biobriquette density, biobriquette burning rate, tool working capacity, and economic analysis. The results showed that good height uniformity in each treatment occurred in treatment V1, namely 89 biobriquette with a height of 3 cm with a working capacity of 0.074 kg / hour. The average biobriquette density of this study is 0.49 gr/cm3. The average biobriquette moisture content of this study is 11,7%. The average burning rate of biobriquette in this study is 0.20 gr/min. In the economic analysis, the cost of production was 12,477/kg. Break Event Point (BEP) is 180 kg/year. The result of business efficiency (R/C ratio) amounted to Rp 76,159,608. Net Present Value (NPV) of 6% amounted to Rp 179,150,493.65/year, for 10% amounted to Rp 160,600,057.15/year. Internal Rate of Return (IRR) obtained at 48.6%. The resulting payback period is 2.5 years. | en_US |
