dc.description.abstractAn optimal planning of future wireless networks in fundamental to satisfy ris- ing traffic demands jointly with the utilization of sophisticated techniques, such as OFDMA. Current method for this task require a static model of the problem. However, uncertainty of data arises frequently in wireless networks. In this pa- per, robust optimization is applied to deal with uncertainty in the framework of optimization problem. Computational result are presented to compare the robust formulation its deterministic counterpart. The price of robustness is demostrated regarding key parameters of networks that are subject to uncertainty.en_US
