The Influence of Work Discipline and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at Dinas Kominfo Kota Medan
Abstract
This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of Work Discipline and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at the Medan City Communications and Information Service Office. The population of this study consisted of 81 employees at the Medan City Communications and Information Service Office. The number of samples was 81 employees using a saturated sampling technique. This research data was obtained from interviews and distributing research questionnaires to employees at the Medan City Communications and Information Office. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that simultaneously work discipline and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Medan City Communications and Information Service office. The results of this research show that Work Discipline is the most dominant variable influencing the Performance of Medan City Communications and Information Service Employees, followed by the Work Motivation variable.
