    Abstract
The paper industry is an industry engaged in manufacturing by producing books, magazines, brochures and other paper production. CV. Adi Prima Printing is a company engaged in the paper printing manufacturing industry. In the paper production process using an offset machine that has a high noise level. A work environment that has high noise causes operators to experience physical workload indirectly due to increased physiological stress. This increased stress causes an acceleration of heart rate and blood pressure which increases cardiovascular load (CVL) as the body has to work harder to cope with this stress. This physical workload requires the body to use more energy as the machine operator has to expend extra energy to communicate or cope with the noise. These indicators of noise and physical workload can lead to potential injuries and accidents to machine operators over a long period of time. This is also triggered by the intensity and duration of activities that exceed the standardization of noise exposure that exceeds 85 dBA within 8 working hours and working time that is more than 5 days in 1 week. Therefore, a study was conducted by measuring noise intensity and physical workload based on the energy expenditure of machine operators. From the two independent variables, data will be collected from the cardiovascular load of the offset machine operator as the dependent variable. To see the influence of these variables, multiple linear regression analysis tests were carried out as hypothesis testing and hypotheses were obtained for the independent variables to influence the dependent variable. As a solution in the work environment, human, machine, method and environment are analyzed using fishbone diagram so that the design of work rotation to reduce noise exposure can be done.
