Pengaruh Financial Knowledge, Financial Attitude, dan Hedonism Lifestyle Terhadap Financial Management Behavior Pada Kalangan Generasi Z di Kota Medan Kecamatan Medan Baru

Abstract

The research aim to determine the influence of Financial Knowledge, Financial Attitude, and Hedonism Lifestyle on Financial Management Behavior among Z Generation in Medan City, Medan Baru District. The type of research used in this research is associative with a quantitative approach. The population in this study was Generation Z in Medan City, Medan Baru District. The sampling technique used in this research is non-probability sampling. The number of samples in this study was 99 people. The data collection technique in this research uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this research uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test, Hypothesis Test (t Test and F Test), and Coefficient of Determination. Data processing in this research uses the SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) software program. The results of this research are that Financial Attitude and Hedonism Lifestyle have a positif and significant effect on Financial Management Behavior among Z Generation in Medan City Medan Baru District. Financial Knowledge has a negative and no significant effect, on Financial Management Behavior among Z Generation in Medan City, Medan Baru District.
