Abstract
This research aims to determine the influence of Work Discipline and Job Training on Employee Performance in Dinas Kebudayaan, Pemuda dan Olahraga serta Pariwisata Kabupaten Karo. This research is a quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The method used is the multiple linear regression analysis method. The population of this research are employees who work at Dinas Kebudayaan, Pemuda dan Olahraga serta Pariwisata Kabupaten Karo. The population of this research was employees of Dinas Kebudayaan, Pemuda dan Olahraga serta Pariwisata Kabupaten Karo, totaling 42 people. The results of the research show that simultaneously work discipline and work training have a significant effect on the performance of employees at Dinas Kebudayaan, Pemuda dan Olahraga serta Pariwisata Kabupaten Karo. Partially, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in Dinas Kebudayaan, Pemuda dan Olahraga serta Pariwisata Kabupaten Karo and job training also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in Dinas Kebudayaan, Pemuda dan Olahraga serta Pariwisata Kabupaten Karo. From the results of the determinant coefficient analysis, it is obtained that R Adjusted Square (R2) is 0.518, this means that 51.8 percent of employee performance variables can be explained by work discipline and work training variables while the rest can be explained by other variables not examined in this research.
