    Abstract
    This research aims to determine the influence of leadership style, work environment, work motivation and organizational culture on the performance of PT employees. North Sumatra Plantation. This research uses quantitative methods via SPSS 29 as an analytical instrument. This research data was collected through the results of respondents' answers via a research questionnaire. This research data was analyzed through validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, hypothesis testing, and regression analysis. The results of this research indicate that leadership style, work environment, work motivation, and organizational culture have a significant influence on employee performance at PT. North Sumatra Plantation. An effective leadership style provides direction and motivation, while a conducive work environment influences productivity through adequate facilities and team support. High work motivation encourages employees to achieve higher targets, while a positive organizational culture strengthens the values that are upheld in the organization. Together, these factors explain 23.5% of the variation in employee performance, while the remainder is influenced by other factors such as individual competence and company policies.
