Analisis Nilai Moral pada Novel ليالى تركستان /Layālī Turkistān/ Malam di Turkistan Karya Najib Kailani (Sosiologi Sastra)

Abstract

This study examines the moral values contained in the novel ليالى تركستان /Layālī Turkistān/Night in Turkistan by Najib Kailani. The purpose of this study is to describe the moral values and the form of delivery of moral values in the novel ليالى تركستان /Layālī Turkistān/Night in Turkistan using the theory of moral values from of Wicaksono and the theory of the form of delivery of moral values from Nurgiyantoro. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique is done by listening method and note-taking technique. The results of this study show that there are forms of good moral values and bad moral values. The good moral values are in the form of worshiping Allah SWT. Honesty, jihad in the way of Allah SWT, willing to sacrifice, never give up, courage, patriotism, warrior spirit, tawakal, wise, hard work, faith in allah SWT, unity, helper and regret. On bad moral values in the form of forced marriage, oppression of women, intrigue, cunning, deprivation of property, massacre, violence, lies and accusations. Then in the form of conveying moral values there are direct and indirect forms of delivery. It can be concluded that this novel contains moral values sourced 29 data of good moral values and 17 data of bad moral values. Then there are 33 data of direct delivery forms and 13 data of indirect delivery forms.
