    Abstract
Work motivation within an individual or a group of employees, as a key component of human resources, is crucial to a company's success through the performance of these employees. Increasing employee motivation can be achieved through job rotation, allowing employees to gain new experiences and skills, as well as through regular career development programs. At Perintis Perkasa Toyota, Adam Malik Branch in Medan, it was found that employees are experiencing a decline in performance due to reduced work motivation. The researcher discovered that there are issues related to job rotation and the career development processes implemented by the company. The purpose of this study is to analyze the correlation between the variables of Job Rotation and Career Development with Work Motivation at Perintis Perkasa Toyota, Adam Malik Branch, Medan. Additionally, this study aims to analyze the influence of Job Rotation and Career Development on the phenomenon of declining work motivation within the company. The research was conducted using a quantitative method with an associative approach. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to 75 employees using a saturated sampling technique, supported by secondary data from various books and previous studies. The data were analyzed using instrument testing, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing as tools for data interpretation. The researcher found that the variables of Physical and Non-Physical Work Environment significantly influence changes in Employee Work Productivity, with correlation and influence levels of 88% and 76.8%, respectively. The results indicate that the better the physical work environment conditions, such as the work atmosphere and air temperature, and the non-physical work environment, such as relationships with superiors and coworkers, the better the productivity of each employee and the company overall.
