dc.description.abstractThis study aims to analyze the effect of Compensation, Organizational Commitment and Work Environment simultaneously have a significant effect on Turnover Intention of LBB SSC Medan Teaching Staff. The type of research used is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The sample technique used is Non-probability sampling which amounts to 33 permanent teaching staff who teach at the Sony Sugema College Tutoring Institute (LBB SSC) Medan. This research data was obtained from questionnaires, interviews and documentation studies. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS application programming. The results of this study indicate that Compensation, Organizational Commitment and Work Environment have a significant effect on Turnover Intention of LBB SSC teaching staff in Medan. Hypothesis testing with partial test (t-test) shows that Compensation has a negative effect on Turnover Intention of teaching staff, Organizational Commitment has a negative effect on Turnover Intention, and Work Environment has a negative effect on Turnover Intention of LBB SSC Medan City.en_US
