    Abstract
    Human resource management is one way that can be done to maximize human resources in the productivity of work in an organization or company. Productivity itself is important for a company because it can affect the company's efficiency and profitability. This research aims to analyze the relationship between workload and work-life balance on employee productivity at PT. Pratama Makmur Jaya. Researchers also want to know the level of relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable, namely employee productivity at PT. Pratama Makmur Jaya. This research uses quantitative methods with an associative approach. Sampling was carried out using accidental sampling technique with 54 respondents as samples. Primary data in this research was obtained by distributing Likert scale questionnaires directly, while secondary data in this research was obtained by conducting interviews with respondents and literature study. The data analysis methods used are validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, as well as using the Spearman's rank test and multiple correlation tests in drawing conclusions on research results. The results of this study show that there is a significant relationship with a strong level of relationship between workload and work-life balance on productivity. Based on the multiple correlation test, there is a correlation value of 0.618 with strong relationship results, and based on the Spearman's rank test, each variable is related. The results of the tests that have been carried out show that each variable has a significance value of less than 0.05, so there is a significant relationship with a strong level of relationship between the workload and work-life balance variables on employee productivity at PT. Pratama Makmur Jaya.
