    Abstract
Employee performance improvement is the key to a company's success. This improvement is influenced by several factors, two of which are the provision of appropriate job descriptions as part of employee engagement and fair compensation by the company. However, BRI Helvetia Sub-Branch (KCP) Office’s feel that the company has not provided proper job descriptions or compensation. This has subsequently hindered the improvement of employee performance. Employee Engagement, Compensation, and Performance Improvement are used as research variables. This study aims not only to resolve the issues occurring at BRI KCP Helvetia but also to determine the level of correlation between these three variables and the extent to which the first two variables influence the Performance Improvement. This study was conducted using quantitative method with an associative approach. Research data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires to all employees, supported by relevant studies. The data was then analyzed using instrument, classical assumption, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis tests. Researcher found that Employee Engagement and Compensation are closely related and significantly impact Performance Improvement both individually and simultaneously, with correlation and influence levels of 90.2% and 80.1%, respectively. The results of the study indicate that job descriptions and compensation are two main components that can facilitate the improvement of employee performance at BRI KCP Helvetia.
