Pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Motivasi, dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan pada PT PLN (Persero) Sektor Pembangkitan Belawan

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of leadership, motivation and work environment on company performance. The population in this study was 292 permanent employees of PT PLN (Persero) Sektor Pembangkitan Belawan. The number of samples in this study was 74 people using a proportional random sampling technique. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis method and multiple linear regression analysis. This type of research is associative research, the data collection methods used are: questionnaires, interviews and documentation studies. The results of the research show that simultaneously Leadership, Motivation and Work Environment have a significant effect on Company Performance at PT PLN (Persero) Belawan Generation Sector. Partially, each of the Leadership, Motivation and Work Environment variables has a positive and significant effect on Company Performance at PT PLN (Persero) Belawan Generation Sector with an Adjusted R square value of 0.619 or 61.9%.
