Implementasi Arsip Elektronik dengan Sistem Informasi Pusat Arsip (SIPA) di Bank Sumut Kantor Pusat Medan

Abstract

Background: Electronic archive storage using the SIPA system (Central Archives Information System) at Bank Sumut has become an important requirement in increasing efficiency and effectiveness in managing documents or archives in a company. In this context, PT Bank Sumut as one of the largest banks in Indonesia has a need for an information system that can help improve quality and efficiency in archive management. Objective: This research aims to determine the implementation of electronic archive storage with the SIPA system (Central Archives Information System) in the Bank North Sumatra Medan head office. Methods: This research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. Results: The results of the research show that the implementation of electronic archive storage with the SIPA system (Central Archives Information System) at North Sumatra banks is effective and running well. Conclusion: However, the problem is that access is slow if many people use applications on the SIPA system (Central Archives Information System)
