dc.description.abstract | This research aims to determine the influence of organizational culture, organizational commitment, and work environment on employee work discipline. The research was conducted using quantitative methods, using as objects 35 employees of the Merek Sub-District Office, Karo District. The information used in this research was obtained from a survey distributed through a questionnaire in the form of filling out a Google Form, SPPS software was used to carry out the analysis. The research analysis method used is multiple linear regression using validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing which includes the t test, F test, and R2 coefficient of determination test, and the sampling technique used is using a Likert scale. The research results showed that partially (1) there was a positive and significant influence between organizational culture on employee work discipline, (2) there was a positive and significant influence between organizational commitment on employee work discipline, (3) there was a positive and significant influence between the work environment on employee work discipline, (4) and simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between organizational culture, organizational commitment, and work environment on employee work discipline. | en_US |
