Pengaruh Profitability, Firm Size, Business Risk, dan Asset Tangibility terhadap Struktur Modal pada Sektor Manufaktur di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2016 - 2022

Abstract

The Purpose of this research was to find out and to analyze the impact of Profitability, Firm Size, Business risk, and Asset Tangibility to Capital Structure on manufacturing companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2016-2022. This type of research is associative research and the type of data used is quantitative data from the company's financial statement in Indonesia Stock Exchange totaling 134 companies. The research population is manufacturing sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2022. The sample was selected using the purposive sampling method. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis carried out with SPSS software. The results of this research show that Profitability and Firm Size have a negative and significant effect on Capital Structure, Business Risk has a negative and insignificant effect on capital structure, and Asset Tangibility has a positive and significant effect on capital structure.
