Pengaruh Inovasi, Lingkungan Bisnis dan Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Keberhasilan Usaha Kedai Kopi di Kecamatan Berastagi Kabupaten Karo Sumatera Utara

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of innovation, business environment and service quality on the success of coffee shop businesses in Berastagi District. This research is associative research and the type of data used is quantitative data. The population in this study were 30 coffee shop business owners in Berastagi. The sampling technique uses saturated samples, meaning the entire population is sampled. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that innovation, business environment and service quality simultaneously have a significant influence on the success of coffee shop businesses in Berastagi District. Meanwhile, partially, innovation has a positive and significant influence on the success of coffee shop businesses in Berastagi District, the business environment has a positive and significant influence on the success of coffee shop businesses in Berastagi District, and service quality has a positive and significant influence on the success of coffee shop businesses in Berastagi District.
