Pengaruh Pola Pikir Kewirausahaan, Kemandirian Pribadi dan Pengambilan Resiko terhadap Keberhasilan Pelaku Usaha Barbershop di Kotamadya Binjai

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of an entrepreneurial mi ndset, personal independence, and risk taking on the success of barbershop businesses in the Municipality of Binjai. This research is associative research and the type of data used is quantitative data. The population in this study were barbershop business owners in Binjai Municipality, totaling 44 people. The sampling technique uses saturated samples, meaning the entire population is sampled. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that an e ntrepreneurial mindset, personal independence, and risk taking simultaneously have a significant influence on the success of barbershop businesses in the Municipality of Binjai. Meanwhile, partially, an entrepreneurial mindset has a positive and significan t effect on the success of barbershop business actors in the Municipality of Binjai, personal independence has a positive and insignificant effect on the success of barbershop business actors in the Municipality of Binjai, and risk taking has a positive an d significant effect on the success of barbershop business actors in the Municipality Binjai.
