Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Kebijakan Dividen Perusahaan Manufaktur Sektor Industri Dasar dan Kimia yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2018-2022

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Asset, Sales Growth and Firm Size on Dividend Payout Ratio on manufacturing companies in the basic and chemical industry sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018-2022. The data in this study were obtained through www.idx.co.id and the data in this study used panel data which is a combination of time series and cross section. The population in this study amounted to 70 companies and a sample of 13 companies was obtained. The data analysis technique uses panel data multiple linear regression analysis with the eviews statistical program. The results of this study indicate that current ratio has a negative and insignificant effect, debt to equity ratio has a negative and insignificant effect, return on assets has a negative and insignificant effect, sales growth has a significant positive effect, and firm size has a significant positive effect on dividend policy.
