Pengaruh Literasi Keuangan, Pendapatan, dan Persepsi Risiko Terhadap Keputusan Investasi pada Generasi Milenial di PT Pegadaian CP Sibolga

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Financial Literacy, Income and Risk Perception on Investment Decisions in the Millennial Generation at PT Pegadaian CP Sibolga. This study is an associative study with quantitative data types. The population in this study were employees or staff at PT Pegadaian CP Sibolga totaling 54 people until April 2024. The number of samples in this study was 46 respondents with a sampling technique using purposive sampling with the criteria as employees or staff at PT Pegadaian CP Sibolga, included in the millennial generation (aged 28-34 years) and already have investments. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis using the SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that Financial Literacy has a negative and significant effect on investment decisions of the Millennial Generation at PT Pegadaian CP Sibolga, Income has a positive and insignificant effect on investment decisions of the Millennial Generation at PT Pegadaian CP Sibolga, and Risk Perception has a positive and significant effect on investment decisions of the Millennial Generation at PT Pegadaian CP Sibolga.
